Big

Sunday, April 13, 2008

Small things were mostly considered as unfavorable but small must not be look down as it is… because small things are great things…

In Filipino terms, there are many ways how Filipinos expresses their feelings towards small things like…

  • Opo… small but big in the sense that it shows repect towards an elderly person.
  • Salamat… considered as thank you in english.
  • Mahal kita… the most important thing, that need not to be taken for granted.
  • Oo na… an affirmation towards love, passion, and good relation.
  • Patawad na… hurtful but cooling.

These were some which I personally considered as big yet small (in some other way).
