Oh my, Bayantel

You might be wondering why I escape blogging yesterday. The truth was, I got disconnected. Yeah, you heard me right. Last night really was the unluckiest night I’ve ever had. If you only know how many hours I was in front of the computer configuring the router and the modem.

Oh my… I couldn’t believe how bad the internet connection of Bayantel nowadays.  And if there is connection, the problem is, it’s slow. We are using different modem model (HUAWEI) now and I don’t really think that this one is the reason.

Okay, let just consider that this is an Internet Cafe but I can really differentiate before and now regarding the connection. Before, even all the 42 PC’s were occupied, the internet can still facilitate everyone but now even there are only 8 people using the web it is still slow. I love listening to music and watching hit videos of various artist worldwide so everytime I’m online I open YouTube for that. Then I’m satisfied. Now, it buffed all the time. I need to pause it first for 10 mins before I can watch the videos all the way.

I have nothing against Bayantel and to be honest satisfaction really is guaranteed. I just do hope that they will solve this problem so that no more problem will be encountered in the day ahead and so that everybody will be happy.

By the way, I called up Bayantel hotline last night and get to talk to one of the customer service agent. He advice me to get the PING and TRACE ROUTE of the IP so that they will know the status of my connection. After that I e-mailed it to csdip@bayan.com.ph there customer service online address. And then I’m glad they responded to my e-mail.

I want to share to you my PING and TRACE ROUTE of my IP today. Here’s the result:

My PING was done 4 times to see the difference while there were 15 people using same connection.
